Return and Exchange:
Due to the delicate and fragile nature of the products, as well as a common business practice, all sales of angel wings are final. You may contact us if you have any questions or encounter any problems with the wings, and we will be happy to assist you to resolve them. Please read through General Info published on the site prior to purchase so you have a good understanding and realistic expectations of our hand made wings.


Cancellation:
If you changed your mind about a purchase, please send us a request to cancel the transaction on the same business day you purchased the item, full refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. We process order and make shipment within 1-2 business days upon receiving your order. If request for cancellation was received after shipment had been made, you will be refunded for the purchase price of wings only, shipping charge is not refundable, and you must not open the package but mark "PACKAGE REFUSED AND RETURN TO SENDER" and return it to post office to have them send back to us. If you ever open the package, postal services will charge you to have it ship back to us.Should you have any questions, please contact us first.
