Q: How fast do you ship?
A: We ship within 1-2 business days upon receiving paid orders on First Come First Serve basis, with priority processing for orders with Express Shipping.

A: Yes.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept the following:

2) PayPal balance payment, including echecks
3) Money orders or bank cashier's checks. No Personal checks please.
All orders will be fulfilled and shipped upon receiving your full payment. Orders not paid within 7 days are subject to cancellation without further notice.
Q: How do you pack the wings?
A: We pack our wings with bubble wraps inside rigid cardboard or cardboard boxes to protect wings from bending during transit.
Q: When I wear the wings and move around, some of the feathers and marabou start to fall off, what can I do to prevent it? Can I fix it?
A:It's quite common that the feathers, after being rubbed against body, lose their adherence.The feathers were glued to each other in layers then onto the cardboard, therefore, it's a very fragile attachment, not to mention feathers also fall from real birds just like hair falls from human heads. The feathers can be easily glued back, just lay the wings flat and use a tiny bit of clear craft glue to reattach the loose feathers back in place. Please see touch-up kit and instructions included in your order.
Q: My baby has skinny arms, and the straps are way too long for her. The wings fall right on her butt when she wears them, what can I do to give her a better fit?
A:The straps can be easily looped and tied to small knots then hide under her arms. We design our should straps a little longer for baby size wings just in case photographers want to wrap them around the baby's tummy or for cross-body wear instead.
Q: I am having my newborn son photographed nude. Can these shoulder straps be hidden?
A: Sure, if you baby is sleeping, you can place the wings on his back and hide the shoulder straps. Then save the wings for scrapbooking or use them as costume later.
